What is different about this link/connection versus all the other links you've posted in the past?I tried flushing the dns and it did not help. I have never experienced any issue like this in the past and it is happening on every computer I own.

This is normal antivirus behavior for this type of software. The program itself and the entire folder it installs into. ClashFarmer should be in your list of exclusions. Is this expected?
